INGREDIENTS:
- 4-5 ounces of horseradish;
- 4 lemons;
- 1 inch of fresh ginger;
- 3 tablespoons of honey and;
- 2 tablespoons of cinnamon.
PREPARATION:
Mix the horseradish and ginger in a blender until they’re mixed well, then add squeezed lemon juice and mix for about 3 minutes. Add the cinnamon and honey, and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture. Put the mixture in a jar. Consume 1 teaspoon twice a day before meals or exercise. Consume this syrup 3 weeks, and after that make 3 weeks brake.
