Ingredients
  • A small beet
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of onion (chopped)
  • A teaspoon of vinegar

Preparation
Wash the beet well and cut the leaves off, then preheat the oven at 350 F. Put the beet in a pan and drizzle some olive oil over it, then bake it for about 45 minutes until soft. Serve the beet with some salt, pepper and more olive oil.
